RAPE JURY GETS CASE DELIBERATIONS BEGIN TODAY.(Local)

The parents of one of three youths on trial for the gang rape of a jogger stormed out of the courtroom Wednesday when a prosecutor described "the spree of uncontrolled violence" in Central Park.

"Imagine what this attack on (the jogger) was like. Imagine the frenzy of these teenagers as they gathered around her waiting to take their turn, grabbing at her, reaching, beating," Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth Lederer told the jury in her summation at state Supreme Court in Manhattan.
